Welcome to Ivy Lane Pediatrics Care in Utah. We have teamed up with Amazing Care Home Health to expand our patient-centered care to a broader range of pediatric patients in need of pediatric home health care in Salt Lake City.
Our highly skilled staff provides pediatric home health care that goes beyond basic needs. Every client has their own story and their own reasons for seeking care. We take into account every client’s unique situation to create a personalized care plan for the family.
Our goal is to care for our clients in their homes, while keeping their families involved, and providing the best health care possible in a cost-conscious way.
We empower family members with the tools and resources needed to enhance the overall health care provided to the child. Family care providers that are medically certified can join our pediatric medical care team and obtain employee compensation for the care they provide to their loved ones. If the family care provider is not certified, we can help with that!
